Non-Insurance Provider Notice
PurePolicy and Bharat SoftLogix are NOT an insurance company, insurance brokerage, underwriter, risk carrier, or legal broker of record. PurePolicy does not underwrite policies, issue insurance contracts, assess risk, collect insurance premiums on behalf of insurers, or settle claims. PurePolicy is solely a software utility that calculates dates and helps you track your independent client records.
Critical Liability Shield — Please Read Carefully
PurePolicy's 11-Month Renewal Radar, calendar displays, urgency badges, and WhatsApp dispatch generators are strictly auxiliary tools provided for administrative convenience. Under no circumstances does PurePolicy guarantee insurance coverage, renewal completion, or timely reminder dispatch.
You expressly understand, acknowledge, and agree that:
- Sole Broker Responsibility: The insurance broker or agent holds 100% sole and ultimate legal, professional, and ethical responsibility to track all policy expiration dates, calculate accurate premiums, inform policyholders, and execute renewals with authorized insurance companies.
- No Liability for Lapsed Policies: Under no legal theory (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) shall Bharat SoftLogix, its developers, or affiliates be liable to you, your brokerage, your clients, or any third party for any lapsed, cancelled, expired, or non-renewed insurance policies.
- No Liability for Accidents, Damages, or Claims: We shall have ZERO liability for any vehicular accidents, motor third-party property damages, death, bodily injury, medical hospitalization costs, commercial fire damages, or any other casualty or claim occurring during an uninsured, lapsed, or underinsured period, regardless of whether a PurePolicy reminder was generated, delayed, failed to generate, or contained incorrect dates.
- Third-Party Platform Outages: We shall not be responsible for any communication failures, unsent messages, blocked deep links, or account bans resulting from Meta Platforms, WhatsApp, Google Cloud, cellular carrier networks, device power failure, or internet connectivity disruptions.
- Maximum Liability Cap: In the event that any court of competent jurisdiction finds Bharat SoftLogix liable notwithstanding the foregoing exclusions, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the use of PurePolicy shall be strictly limited to the actual subscription fees paid by you to Bharat SoftLogix during the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to liability, or zero (₹0) if you are currently using the complimentary trial period.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bharat SoftLogix and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to PurePolicy; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) any claim that your actions, missed renewals, or negligence caused damage to a third party (including your insurance clients); or (iv) your violation of any third-party right, including WhatsApp's messaging policies or client privacy rights.
You agree to use PurePolicy solely for lawful professional insurance brokerage operations. You explicitly agree NOT to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-export data from the platform, including the Phone Registry or any other broker's records.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, circumvent, or tamper with our multi-tenant Firestore security rules, authentication tokens, or storage access policies.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of PurePolicy.
- Share, transfer, rent, or resell your broker login credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account.
- Upload fraudulent, counterfeit, malicious, or virus-infected PDF policy documents.
- Use the service to dispatch unsolicited spam or violate the Telecommunication Regulations of India or WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies.
Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund, and may subject you to civil and criminal prosecution under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
PurePolicy operates on a Software-as-a-Service subscription model:
- 180-Day Complimentary Trial: Newly registered brokers receive a one-time 180-day complimentary trial to evaluate the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offerings at our discretion.
- Paid Plans: Continued access following trial expiration requires an active paid license (Monthly plan at ₹199/month, or Annual plan at ₹1,499/year).
- Non-Refundable Policy: All subscription license payments made via UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway are strictly non-refundable. Access is provisioned immediately upon confirmation.
- Account Suspension for Non-Payment: If a subscription expires without renewal, access to add or edit policies will be paused until an active license is restored. Your historical policy vault will remain safely preserved in cold storage for a grace period.
To prevent identity spoofing and guarantee client trust, PurePolicy enforces a 1:1 binding between your business mobile number and your account:
- Once verified through our double-entry verification system, your mobile number is permanently locked to your account.
- A phone number cannot be registered by more than one broker simultaneously.
- If you change your legal mobile number, you must contact Bharat SoftLogix administrative support with proof of identity to request a manual unlock.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to PurePolicy at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior toward other users or support personnel.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request an export of your historical policy records in accordance with our Privacy Policy prior to termination.

Bharat SoftLogix reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or via your registered email address.
